Ida and other Danish celebrities answered one question for the breast cancer charity gala that aired on TV last week: "Hvad kan man kalde bryster, med paene ord?", which means "How can you describe breasts in nice words?"

"I Want You" was at #1 in the rap2soul Black Music Single Charts last week and is now at #2.

Gaffa.dk went behind the story of Ida Corr's album cover for "Under The Sun". On the cover the singer is half undressed, covered only by dark soil and wearing an extravagant hairdo.

"The album goes more back to the roots. It's introspective rather than outward. That's why the idea of being naked, like a baby stage or as a sprout under the sun. It's very roots-inspired, and for me as a person and musician, it has been a journey back in time and to my childhood" explains Ida. [...]

"We were playing around with it, looked at some African tribal images and stories from the net and books. Mark Anderson made the hairdo, which is a mixture of various traditions in the respective African tribes" [...]

Photographer Sigurd Hoeyen has made three of Ida Corr's album covers and soon it became clear that aesthetics were so far away from big cars and bling as possible. "When I work with Ida, we meet very early in the process, and I listen to her music. It started with an African theme, the African queen. Since the title was "Under The Sun", we continued to work on with earth and the warm atmosphere. It was just as if she were a plant that came out of the ground, "says Sigurd. [...]
