Ida Corr is back on the scene with new music projects!

Earlier this week Danish telephone company TDC premiered their new TV campaign with a brand new commercial, which features the one and only Ida Corr. The clips shows Ida's family life (Ida's son makes his TV-debut) as well as her job life as a singer and entertainer. In every part of her life she uses TDC services (mobile, TV and music player). Watch the clip:



Did you notice the background music? You guessed it right, it's a new Ida song. It's her new single "Hold My Head Up High". The electronica song was produced by Sidelmann. Lifted House say this about the single: "Deep electronica with silky smooth vocals". Listen to the song here:

Chresten wins X Factor DK with his mentor Ida Corr

On March 22, 2013 Chresten won the 6th season of X Factor Denmark. Ida Corr, his mentor, is proud. Of Chresten, of herself and of the Danish TV-viewers, who made the right choice.

This week saw the release of KATO's highly anticipated sophomore album Behind Closed Doors in the Scandinavian countries.
The Danish hit maker is known for producing massive dance hits such as "Turn The Lights Off", "Alive" with Electric Lady Lab, "Never Let U Go" with Snoop Dogg, the Danish number 1 hit "Sjus" featuring Ida Corr, Camille Jones & Johnson and Ida Corr's "Musen Efter Katten (Kato & Clemens Remix)".

Kato and Ida Corr have done it again. Along with rap legend Snoop Dogg and US rapper Kurupt, they collaborated on track number 3 on the new Kato album . "Let The Horns Play" features hot rap rhymes by Snoop and Kurupt, Ida's sultry voice on the chorus and Kato's thumping beats... and a horn.

The auditions on X Factor are over! X Factor launched a party for the contestants, who made it through, but reality came earlier than expected. On the party the judges revealed that they were going to select the contestants for Superbootcamp that night. The stunned hopefuls tried their best to impress the judges again.

The auditions continue at Vega in Copenhagen on Episode 3 of X Factor. Young rapper Micki was the first one to impress the judges. Chresten from Vestjylland didn't convince with his shy personality, but Young Anna, whose family comes from the Philippines and Denmark, stunned the judges with her emotional rendition of Frank Ocean's "Thinking 'bout You". 19-year old Charlie, who sang Eagle Eye Cherry's hit "Save Tonight", Jonas Præst, little Ida from Kastrup and siblings Emil and Olivia were other contestants on the show.

The latest episode of X Factor continues with more auditions from VEGA. This time talents such as 21 year old Nicki, 15 year old Sejna or musical artist Amanda showed what they're able to do. Miran is no stranger to X Factor. He appears on the show for the 4th time now. Anne Linnet-fan Anne sings for her favourite judge, and look out for the siblings Michel and Emilie as well as Yasmin and Hind. The latter performed each on their own.

Last Friday saw the return of X Factor to TV screens in Denmark. The season premiere (season 6) launched with new judges Anne Linnet and Ida Corr as well as Thomas Blachman on the judging panel.

Musical talents such as Mikkel, who covered "The Man Who Can't Be Moved" by The Script or 15 year old Karoline, who sang "We Found Love" by Rihanna, blew the judges away. 27 year old model Rasmus impressed them by his singing and guitar skills. Team Rap and politician Kim Christiansen (from the Dansk Folkeparti) entertained the audience in their own ways.
